Say goodbye to silent killers with apple cider vinegar

Updated: Jul 8

What are silent killers?

Silent killers are diseases that people overlook until they become serious😱.

High LDL (low-density lipoprotein), high blood pressure, and high blood sugar are silent killers. They cause ailments gradually, while we don't notice.

These silent killers are caused by our daily habits. They could be due to an unhealthy diet, excessive drinking, smoking, or a lack of exercise.

Of course, we need to take care of what we eat and do appropriate exercise every day.

But what if we had a magic drink⭐️, and drinking it every day helped keep those silent killers away?

That is apple cider vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar:

1. Reduces LDL (sometimes called "bad" cholesterol). High "bad" cholesterol leads to a buildup of cholesterol (which is fat) in our arteries.

2. Lowers blood sugar, helping to prevent diabetes.

3. Reduces high blood pressure as apple cider vinegar contains potassium, which removes salt from our body.

4. Helps with weight loss as acetic acid burns fat.

Take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

You may feel the difference.

However, apple cider vinegar is still vinegar. It is too sour for some people.

Don't worry. This will change the sourness to refreshment.

1. Blend with sparkling water

Have you tried Perrier with lemon? That is so refreshing, right?

But how about swapping lemon with apple cider vinegar? That is also as refreshing as Perrier with lemon.

You will find this is already a different drink🤩.

2. Use as a salad dressing

Are you still buying salad dressing and unable to finish it by the expiry date?

Stop buying salad dressing. Instead, make it on your own. It's as easy and delicious as the one you buy at the supermarket.

To make the dressing, mix everything below:

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

1 pinch of salt

pepper or ground garlic as much as you like.

It will become a delicious dressing.

3. Apple cider vinegar with honey

Have you tried honey lemon?

You can replace lemon with apple cider vinegar here again.

1. Pour a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into a glass.

2. Add as much honey as you like.

3. Add as much water as you like.

4. Stir well.

You can make it as sweet as you like.

Just 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar will make you healthier.

When you buy a bottle of apple cider vinegar, buy pure apple cider vinegar with no sugar added.

Sugar will put you at risk for diabetes and obesity.

Caveat!🚫

After you drink apple cider vinegar, rinse your mouth immediately.

Apple cider vinegar is acidic and it can hurt your teeth.

Don't drink too much. While apple cider vinegar is beneficial for your health, drinking too much is harmful.
