One simple step to improve your immune system

Even when I want to cry, asking myself why my life doesn’t go as I wish … as soon as I notice I am not sick in bed, I feel super grateful.


That’s why I like to take care of my body.


Our body is always exposed to various viruses and harmful materials but our immune system is protecting us from getting diseases. The function is really amazing.





In recent years, people are more concerned about improving our immune system. There is a lot of information about the immune system. To enhance our immune system, a holistic approach helps a lot, such as having a balanced meal, exercising regularly and taking high-quality sleep.


But I found one important factor is missing in what we often hear. Today I would like to share what is missing in recent discussions around the immune system.


That is warming your body.


Whether it comes to a normal cold or Covid-19, it is important to enhance our immune system and one of the ways to do that is to keep our body warm.


Research shows that when we keep ourselves warm, we can activate immune cells. Do you have an experience where you felt chilly and got a cold the following day? When we are cold our immune system is not functioning well.


By warming our body, our blood circulation becomes better. When our blood is circulating well, white blood cells are activated, resulting in better functioning of our immune system.


How can we keep ourselves warm?


There are several simple ways to keep us warm.


1. Drink hot drink

Hot drinks make us warm. Hot water, tea, coffee… whatever it is, just a touch to a cup of warm drink immediately makes us warm.




2. Wear multiple socks

In my previous blog I also introduced this. Wear 5-toed silk socks first if you have. If not, don’t worry. But make sure you wear socks made of natural fiber.


You will feel your body warm, which is really comfortable.





You might have already realized you don’t have to do special things to improve your immune function. What we need is to take regular care to stay healthy and improve our immune system.


Such as

Balanced meal

Good sleep

Regular exercise

Stress management

And

Keep yourself warm
